When Do Your Boobs Start to Fill Up with Milk?

Milk only starts producing in your breast when you are pregnant

1. If you are a vegetarian, does it mean you have to be starved of protein?

Here's something I found that could help!:) btw I think its really cool u became a vegetarian! Sources of protein (single servings) Chick peas (200g or 7oz) 16.0g Brown rice (200g or 7oz) 4.4g 1 Carrot 0.4g Baked beans (225g or 8oz) 11.5g Broccoli (100g or 3oz) 3.1g 1 Apple 0.3g Tofu (140g or 5oz) 10.3g Potatoes (200g or 7oz) 2.8g Cream, double (20g or 2/3oz) 0.3g Cow's milk ( pint) 9.2g Porridge [water] (160g or 6oz) 2.4g Butter/margarine None Lentils (120g or 4oz) 9.1g - - Vegetable oil None Soya milk ( pint) 8.2g - - Sugar or syrup None Muesli (60g or 2oz) 7.7g - - - - Egg, boiled 7.5g - - - - Peanuts (30g or 1oz) 7.3g - - - - Bread, (2 slices) 7.0g - - - - Hard cheese (30g or 1oz) 6.8g -

2. Protein powder(Milk or soy milk?)?

Do not listen to the dude on th top. Soy can only cause aromatization in excess amounts (Several times a day for a long period)! Aromatization is the process of converting testosterone into estrogen. If you like it with soy go ahead and mix it with soy. All mine are done with water. It does add excess fat tho. Soy also tends to make me bloat a bit when eaten. Its not a real high quality protein, and never recommended to my male personal training clients who supplement with a shake more than 2 times a day

3. Polls/Surveys is like a box of chocolate...?

4. What's a really tasty and simple recipe for a pasta and chicken recipe for a main dish?

This is the best alfredo recipe! It is quick and easy and tastes like you are eating at an Italian restaurant. Add some chopped cooked rotisserie chicken or heated grilled chicken on top of your pasta and sauce (you can buy pre-cooked grilled chicken in the freezer section). Creamy Alfredo Sauce 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1 pinch ground nutmeg Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, margarine, milk, garlic powder and basil and stir over low heat until smooth and creamy, 10 to 15 minutes. Toss sauce with pasta and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve. And here are my favorite sides with pasta dishes: Homemade garlic bread: 1 cube real butter 3-4 cloves garlic, minced Saute together about 5 minutes. Spread on fresh sliced french bread with a pastry brush. Heat under the broiler until light brown. Yummy!! Caesar Coleslaw 1 pkg pre-made coleslaw 1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese 1/2 pkg caesar croutons 1 bottle creamy caesar dressing Toss first three ingredients together. Add enough dressing to coat. It's even good the next day! Hope you love this as much as we do!

5. breast milk at 18 weeks?!?

If this is your first, and i assume that it is, you can see what is called colostrum (what comes out before breast milk) as early as 9 weeks. My suggestion is that you pump as much of this and freeze it (can last up to 6 months in the freezer) as you can, and feed it to your newborn as soon as he/she is born. Colostrum is the ONE thing mothers produce that baby rarely gets enough of, and it is common for first time mothers to be told to save this precious commodity. I would suggest the avent breast pumps, however, because of their simplicity, and their way of getting your breasts ready for baby... even just for practice.

6. I have a preemie baby that was supposed to be born on Sept 18th, and was born on July 23rd.?

You are probably not pumping effectively enough to stimulate the milk glands to produce milk. In addition, how is your diet? Are you getting enough fluids each day? You should be drinking a minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water in addition to juice, milk and any other beverages you normally consume. You should also be still taking your prenatal vitamins and continue eating a full, well-balanced diet with at least 2000 calories a day. You also need to get your proper rest. I know it sounds easy, and with trying to keep up with the schedule and demands of a premie baby, in practice it seems next to impossible, but if you want your son to get the best nourishment from your milk, this is what you have to do. Go easy on yourself, however, and do not stress, as stress can decrease your milk supply. Normally when a baby nurses, the suction that is created can empty a breast completely in 10 minutes, and the more the baby nurses, the more milk is made and secreted. In addition to following the advice on rest and nutrition, continue to pump after each feeding as you have been, but to help stimulate the flow of milk, at least two to three times a day for the next little while, take a hot shower and have the hot water run on your breasts, after which, for about 10 to 15 minutes put warm compresses on your breasts, and in a relaxed atomosphere, hand express milk making sure that you are emptying all the ducts. Place your thumb and forefinger at different positions around the areola as you hand express. This is far more gentle and effective in emptying the breasts than a pump. In the meantime, until your milk supply is up, you can supplement your son with formula. Good luck to you and your babe.

What Are the Human Adaptations Based on Race?
What are the human adaptations based on race?I have no racist agenda either. The current theory is that around 70-80,000 years ago, in the depths of the last ice age, modern humans passed through a genetic bottleneck, so to speak, when our numbers dwindled to only 15,000-20,000 individuals, worldwide. But apparently, only the best survived, because after that, modern humans spread out and conquered the globe. But as we encountered vastly different environments, evolution began to shape us in divergent ways. Examples are numerous. East Asia was the coldest and snowiest, so people living there benefited from eye modifications to allow them to squint better in the blinding glare of the snow. Europeans were stuck in a heavily forested cloudy rainy, foggy climate making it impossible to get enough sunlight to make vitamin D and thus prevent rickets. Extremely light skin helped them absorb enough sunlight to get the necessary vitamin D. Europeans also developed the ability to digest milk sugar (lactose) throughout adult life, apparently due to a high dependence on milk and cheese as a food source. Eskimos became short and fat to conserve heat, while sub-Saharan africans became tall and slim for the opposite reason. Africans also developed very curly hair to avoid overheating the head resulting in sun-stroke. Africans developed the sickle cell blood trait to resist malaria. Africans also retain salt more avidly, making them more adapted to hot, dry environments but nowadays making them more prone to high blood pressure. That is all that I can think of right now but I am sure there are more examples. Diversity is a good thing and we should all be thankful for the various adaptations that we are blessed with, except maybe sickle cell anemia, which is a painful disease— — — — — —Does adding milk and sugar in coffee reduce the caffeine content? If you add cream and sugar to a drink you increase the volume of the drink: adding 3 oz. of cream, for example, causes the drink to increase from 8 oz. to 11 oz. total. You end up diluting the coffee but the amount of caffeine in the drink itself remains the same. Now, if you only drank 8 oz. of that 11 oz. then you would consume less caffeine. But if you drink the entire thing, you get the full load of caffeine. I suppose your second question is debatable. I think one ounce of expresso can have anywhere between 40-80 mg. of caffeine. Eight ounces of regular coffee probably contains 80-160 mg., so eight shots of expresso, equal in volume to a regular cup of coffee, might contain a hair raising, eye dilating 320-640 mg. of caffeine.— — — — — —How do you take your coffee??????? (dont worry if dough is lumpy at the beginnning) 7. keep on stirring till batter is smooth. 8. spoon a mixture on a baking tray. 9. bake on an oven 375F (Preheated) for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown. *you can add whipped cream inside cream puffs (after they've completely cooled down) or eat them right away!
